數位評量 X 醫學教育
合作研究簡介
本研究團隊組成構想起始於2020年,由「學Bar-醫事人員國家考試準備平台」與國立清華大學王子華教授共同推動,希望能夠將發展成熟且有效的線上測驗與評量策略,與「學Bar-醫事人員國家考試準備平台」進行整合,發展一個更為創新的平台,協助廣大醫事人員準備國家考試,並期能為醫學教育品質的再提升有具體貢獻。2021年,本研究團隊正式實踐構想,由教育與數位學習研究專家、醫師、醫學院教師與工程師共同組成,結合數位學習的技術,教育理論的革新,實作經驗的累積,希望共同攜手為台灣的醫學教育做出貢獻。
本研究的主要基礎包含 (詳見合作單位簡介),國立清華大學王子華教授所發展的 Web-based Assessment and Test Analyses (WATA) system,其中包含一系列可促進與輔助學習者進行有效自主學習的線上測驗與評量策略,以及「學Bar-醫事人員國家考試準備平台」,包含國內最完整的醫事人員國家考試線上題庫以及最大量的使用者。本合作研究希望在這兩個基礎下,進一步利用自我調整學習(self-regulated learning)理論,以及應用資訊通訊技術發展「醫學教育回饋導向式網路評量系統」(Web-based Feedback-Driven Assessment system for Medical Education, WFDA-ME),並將該系統應用於輔助醫學生進行自我調整學習與提升學習效益。WFDA-ME是基於自我調整學習理論與漸進式提示動態評量理論發展,並進一步融入社群媒體學習模式發展而成。學習者在WFDA-ME中,可以進行自我評量,並可藉由多種互動與回饋策略來進行學習,這些策略可以促進學習者的學習動機、學習興趣、自我調整學習與學習成效。
目前合作進度
為建構『醫學教育回饋導向式網路評量系統(WFDA-ME)』,目前已完成WFDA-ME之主要系統建構,並已建立結構嚴謹且延展性高之資料庫架構,可作為後續系列合作研究之基礎,目前發展的系統功能包含: 基本作答功能、添加作答註解功能、信心度指數功能、閱讀同儕作答註解功能、回覆與按讚策略功能等,同時,已開始著手探究使用者使用經驗與輔助協成效,並持續優化WFDA-ME。
